How to use this tool

- Share the invite link and have the host select a YouTube video.
- Watch together, sync to the host's position when needed, and chat.
Before you start
- Create rooms on desktop. On mobile, join using an invitation code.
- Use a regular YouTube video URL; playlists and videos that block embedding may not play.
- If a friend cannot watch, try another video. Availability and age limits can differ by video.
Frequently asked questions
Does opening an invite immediately join the room?
No. Confirm your nickname and how you want to join in the lobby before entering the live room.
Why is playback out of sync?
Browser autoplay rules or a slow connection can interrupt playback. Start playback if prompted and use Sync to host to match the host's position.
